I’m Krista Pol, Associate Broker and licensed Realtor® since 2013. I specialize in rural properties, relocations, and guiding families who want to experience the slower, sweeter pace of life Idaho is known for. Clients call me their “relocation whisperer” because I make big moves feel simple, and I’m always ready to play part-time tour guide for anyone discovering the Treasure Valley for the first time.

Travis brings years of experience in HVAC, a knack for details, and a steady presence that keeps everything running smoothly. California-born but now fully Idaho-adopted, Travis joined me in real estate full-time because he shares my love of helping people. He’s the calm in the chaos, the guy who keeps transactions on track, and yes—the one who makes sure we never skip lunch on busy days.
